June Board Meeting Cancelled

The June Board Meeting has been cancelled due to lack of quorum.


New Paint Schemes

Paint Schemes are now available online. http://www.sherwin-williams.com/homeowners/color/find-and-explore-colors/hoa/murrieta/ca/the-vineyards-bremerton/If you plan repainting with the same paint scheme, no architectural approval is needed. If you are not sure what your original paint scheme was or plan on making any modifications to your paint scheme you MUST obtain PRIOR architectural approval. Architectural applications can be found on the Association’s website at www.vineyard-murrieta.org.


News from The Neighborhood Watch Committee

The Murrieta Police Department is extending an open invitation to the citizens of Murrieta to participate in this year's National Night Out event at Town Square Park at the Murrieta Civic Center (behind City Hall) on Tuesday August 4, 2015 from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm.  There is absolutely no charge to attend this event.

This family event is designed to heighten crime prevention awareness, strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community relationships, and send a firm message to criminals, letting them know that our community is organized and will FIGHT BACK!

The KPPM Connection

The KPPM Connection is an online tool that offers enhanced homeowner services. 

Using the portal, you can:

  • Make Online Payments
  • View Current and Previous Statements and Billing Inserts
  • Print Account History Reports
  • Update Enhanced Email Notification Features

Please click here to visit The KPPM Connection. The portal will be released in the next few weeks. Please log in using your account online email address and password. If you have not registered, please have your billing statement available to enter in the required information. For added convenience, we also offer an ACH program in which your monthly assessment payments are automatically deducted from your checking or savings account. You will no longer have to remember when to pay your payment, write a check, or pay for any more postage! To sign up, please click here to download the ACH form.


Architectural Improvement Reminder

Prior to making any exterior changes to your home per the association CCR’S an architectural application is required to be submitted for approval. This includes any improvements that change the appearance of the exterior of your home, such as driveway expansions, solar panels, changing the color scheme of your home. If you have any questions, would like to request an application or a copy of the architectural guidelines, please contact management at jalegria@keystonepacific.com.


Street Parking

Each Owner shall ensure that such garage accommodates at least the number or Authorized Vehicles for which it was originally constructed. Here are a few community reminders before utilizing the street for parking.

  • Please utilize your garage to it full capacity.
  • Please remove your car from the street on street sweeping day so the streets may be kept clean.
  • If you are a homeowner that has more cars that the capacity of your garage, please utilize your driveway first then the street.
  • Please be respectful of your neighbor when parking on the street.
